2. Placing an Order

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A contract is only formed once we send a dispatch confirmation email.

3.1 If we can’t fulfil your order:

If an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or if there’s a problem with the details you provided, we’ll let you know and won’t charge you.

Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store and:

 

Are valid for 12 months from purchase.

 

Are digital when purchased online.

Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy other gift cards.

 

Will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

5. Delivery

 

5.1 Where we ship:

We are currently only shipping within the UK

 

5.2 Delivery charges:

5.3 Customs & duties:

When Iron Bear Clothing Ltd start to ship to international countries, international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or taxes.

5.4 Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times depend on your chosen method and current demand. Delays may occur during peak periods.

 

5.5 External delays:

If external events delay your delivery, we’ll notify you. You can cancel the order if the delay is substantial.

 

5.6 Missed deliveries:

If you’re unavailable during delivery, follow the courier’s instructions to reschedule or collect your parcel.

6. Your Right to Cancel

 

6.1 Faulty or misdescribed items:

If an item is faulty or not as described, you can return it for free within 30 days (UK only), unless otherwise stated.

 

6.2 Reasons you can cancel:

You’re entitled to cancel your order if:

 

We change the product or these terms and you disagree.

 

We misprice or misdescribe a product.

 

Delivery is significantly delayed.

 

We suspend supply for over four weeks.

 

We breach our contract with you.

 

 

6.3 Changed your mind?

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return window (unless otherwise stated). You may need to cover return costs. Products excluded from return include:

 

Underwear, bottles, and shakers.

 

Opened hygiene-sealed products (like socks).

 

Personalised or made-to-order items.

 

Used or worn products.

 

Items returned without all components.

 

 

6.4 Other cases:

If you simply want to cancel an unshipped order, let us know.

7. Returns & Refunds

 

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

 

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging).

 

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

 

Returns must be sent back to our return address (below) within 14 days of your return request being approved.

 

 

7.1 To initiate a return, please contact us at:

sebastian@ironbearclothing.com to return an item or end a contract, contact us with your name, email, delivery address, and order number.

 

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

 

Exchanges

 

If you ordered the wrong size or want to swap for another product, let us know in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Underwear, bottles, and shakers.

Personalised or made-to-order items.

 

Used or worn products.

 

Items returned without all components.

 

Gift cards

 

Final sale/clearance items

 

Underwear or items with opened hygiene sealed products

7.2 Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

 

Please note:

 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace or refund as needed.

Don’t provide the necessary delivery details.

If VAT changes between order and dispatch, we’ll adjust your price unless you’ve already paid.

We may change product prices anytime, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you ordered.

 

9.4 Pricing errors:

If we spot a clear pricing error before dispatch, we may cancel your order and refund you.

 

9.5 Payment methods:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna (subject to Klarna’s terms).

10. Discount Codes

Promo codes are valid for a limited time, cannot be combined, and may exclude sale items and gift cards.

 

10.2 Limitations:

 

Only one code per order.

 

Not valid for delivery costs.

 

Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

 

If a qualifying spend condition is no longer met after returns, we may adjust your refund accordingly.
