Returns & Refunds Policy

At Iron Bear Clothing Ltd, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging).
Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Returns must be sent back to our return address which will be provided during the returns process, within 14 days of your return request being approved.

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or want to swap for another product, let us know in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Gift cards
Final sale/clearance items
Underwear or items with hygiene seals removed (if applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace or refund as needed.
